How do we speak about Productboard? By speaking to our customers, not about ourselves. Central to our brand messaging is our customer-centric philosophy. We put them at the forefront of everything we do. We came out with a great new feature? Fantastic! But we focus on how that feature can help them—highlighting the benefits addressing their issues, pain points and concerns. Not how great our dev team is (even though they are). We are always the person behind the curtain making them look good, not ourselves.
